Resistance 3

Resistance 3 is an upcoming 2011 science fiction first person shooter video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3. The game is the third title in the Resistance series and is the sequel to the best-selling PlayStation 3 launch title Resistance: Fall of Man and its first sequel, Resistance 2.[1]

August 1957, United States is lost. Four years after Resistance 2, dishonorably discharged sentinel Joseph Capelli has given up fighting the Chimeran menace; he has been reduced to hiding with other survivors, including his wife and young son. When Dr Fyodor Malikov arrives with the opportunity to deliver a blow to the occupying Chimeran force, Capelli leaves his family to journey the harrowing road from Oklahoma to New York City. Along the way, he encounters the remants of humanity left in the aftermath of the brutal Chimeran invasion.

Resistance 3 на золоте

Компания Insomniac Games официально сообщила о том, что шутер от первого лица Resistance 3, наконец, достиг золотого статуса, а мастер-диск отправился на тиражирование.

«Мы все в Insomniac Games очень рады тому, что в скором времени поклонники смогут опробовать игру, над которой мы трудились в течение последних трех лет», - заявил Джеймс Стивенсон (James Stevenson), менеджер по связям с общественностью студии Insomniac Games.

«Но даже сейчас наша работа еще не завершена, потому как мы активно следим за ходом бета-тестирования, планируя выпустить патч в день релиза, чтобы добавить финальные исправления в игру».

Для американских покупателей SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs бета-тест Resistance 3 стартовал на этой неделе. С 10 августа принять участие в нем смогут европейские подписчики PlayStation Plus.

Поступление в продажу Resistance 3 запланировано на 6 сентября 2011.
