Barca Posted February 18, 2011 Share Posted February 18, 2011 კომპანია Intel მა წარმოებაში გასაშვებათ წარმოადგინა ახალი თაობის 510 სერიის SSD (Solid State Drive) რომლებიც მოთავსებული იქნება ჰაი ენდ კლასის Desktop და Notebook ის სისტემებში ,იგი თავსდება 2.5 ინჩიან 6 Gb/s SATA პორტზე და იყენებს 34 nm იან MLC NAND Flash ჩიპებს.მას აქვს 470MB/წამი ინფორმაციის წაკითხვა და 315MB/წამი ჩაწერა,ასევე აქვს 20 000 IOPS(შესრულებული ოპერაციები თითოეულ წამში) 4K(K=1000) წაკითხვა და 5 000 IOPS 4K(K=1000) ჩაწერის უნარი.სულ გამოვა ორი 120GB იანი და 250GB იანი ტევადობის აღნიშნული SSD ები და მათი ფასი იქნება 366 დოლარი (120GB იანის ) და მეორის (250GB იანის) 767 დოლარი. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
