WHM - WebHostManager_ი? თუ რა WHM_ზეა საუბარი? რომელიმე პროგრამას შეუძლია ქულერზე იმოქმედოს? კონკრეტულად რა გაინტერესებს? MSI Afterburner_ს შეუძლია ვიდეოკარტის ფანის სიჩქარის კონტროლი, SpeedFan_ს შეუძლეია ნებისმიერი PWM ფანის სიჩქარის კონტროლი, სწორი კონფიგურაციაა საჭირო უბრალოდ.
