Jantsu92: Edited the sounds, so you can't hear the skidding tyres, rainfall,... . ** WHAT'S NEW IN V2.0 ** - Cars make dynamic snow tracks, what makes it way more realistic - No leaves anymore on the trees - Real snowfall - Removed "rainy shine" when it's snowing - Road barriers covered in snow - Completly new handling, way more realistic and fun - Some bugfixes, places that weren't covered in snow are covered now - Improved visualsettings ** INSTALLATION ** THIS VERSION INCLUDES EVERYTHING!(v1.0 v1.1 and v2.0) SO NO OTHER DOWNLOADS ARE REQUIRED! We're gonna replace a lot of files, so I recommend that you backup your files before installing the mod, so you can return to "non-snowmod" mode whenever you want to. FOllow these steps to install this snowmod. 1) Copy and past all the files in the correspondending maps from the ZIP to your computer. NOTE: You can choose between 4 'materials' files. The v1.0 file (unedited) or 3 'ice' files, you can choose 3 types of slippery roads, light, moderate and heavy. Choose the one you like and rename it to 'materials'. 2) Open Spark IV and go to GTA IV -> pc -> audio -> Sfx -> resident.rpf and import the files from the 'Audio' folder from the ZIP archieve. 3) When you're still in Spark IV, scroll all the way down to the bottom to 'textures' and import 'fx_rain' and 'fxprojtex' and save. George Posted November 24, 2010 Share Posted November 24, 2010 ასე ყენდება XP SP2-ზე Step 1: Run Regedit by Clicking on Start -> Run , type in regedit and press enter Step 2: Make a backup of your registry (just in case) Step 3: Browse to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM CurrentControlSet Control Windows" Step 4: Modify the value of "CSDVersion" from "0x00000200" (SP2) to the Windows XP SP3 value of "0x00000300" by changing the 200 to 300 Step 5: Close Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
