Is it so unthinkable, that foreigners live in GEO? I don't believe, that duties are only for local people...that would be a new world rule. Diplomatics can pay without local sales tax and maybe the also didn't have to pay turnover tax on imports, but i am not a diplomat, so i also have to pay taxes.
