ბიტკოინს არ ეხება მაგრამ uttorent აშკარა შეზღუდვა ადევს გადმოწერის სისწრაფეზე თუ არ გამოურთავ utp (enable bandwith management) საპორტს სეთინგებიდან, მეგონა ნელა მოქონდა თურმე მაგის ბრალი ყოფილა, 7500კბ.სეკ არ ადის მაგის გარეშე, 5500 ზევით ცოცხალი თავით არ ცდებოდა გადმოწერის სისწრაფე მაგი რომ ჩართული იყო, ოღონდ რომ გაუთიშავ უნდა გამორთო დროებით გადმოწერა და მერე ისევ ჩართო და წავა მაქსიმალური სისწრაფით, ადრე ეგ პრობლემა არ ქონია 4500კბ/სეკ რომ მქონდა მარტო ინტერნეტის სისწრაფე, არ შემიმჩნევია სისწრაფეებიდ დაგდება ეგ რომ ჩართული მქონდა აქამდე, მაგრამ როცა მარტო utp მოაქვს კარგი სისწრაფით მაშინ არ ღირს რედკი რაზდაჩებზე მაგის გამორთვა, შეიძლება სხვა სიდები ვერც კი დაინახოს ხანდახან, ბიტკომეტში ნამდვილათ ყოველთვის დაბალი სისწრაფით მოქონდა ჩართულ utp-ზე, მაგრამ ეხლა უტორენტშიც შევამჩნიე ეგ სისწრაფეები რაც გაზარდეს სილკნეტში, როგორც კი გამოვურთე ეგ გათიშა utp კონექტი და 7500კბ.სეკ წამოიღო, არაა გამორიცხული დახურულ ტრეკერებზე ახურებდეს მაგაზე მარტო, ტოტენტლიჩზე რაღაცას ატრაკებს აშკარათ, შეიძლება სხვაგანაც ქონდეს შეზღუდვა, სიდების ბრალი არაა ნამდვილათ
