hello guys, i bought GT 730 2GB DDR5 and i'm trying to install it on my pc, when i put the video card in system PC not starting, stuck in here (link is safe and guarded)
when i'm trying enter bios i can't or if i entered, i don't know what i do next.
my motherboard is here please check (safe)

okay, thank when the pc stuck like first picture, the pc Something will make a sound like i don't know, when the sound begins 2-3 times it's stopping and nothing happen. please help me what can i do?
