You can add a different card. If you would still like to use this card, fax a copy of your card statement showing the PayPal charge and 4-digit code and a copy of your driver's license or other photo ID. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet. Not using the fax cover sheet when submitting your documents could result in a processing delay
